Dear Colleen,
I’ve written before to tell you about the impact you have made on my life. I moved to northern NY and hope to provide an animal sanctuary there in the future on my property. However – the recession hit hard – and I returned to Europe to work until things improve in the States.
Imagine my delight on seeing the following story! You may have already seen it – but, I was so happy – I wanted to share it with everyone who might find it of interest and joy!
As the Euromonitor reports and Food and Drink Europe picks up – the impact of meat-free initiatives is actually starting to impact consumer markets!
There are so many “losses” in this fight – it’s nice to see a story about a “win” for the animals!
