Kale Chips and Kale Salad – Video Recipes

It’s no secret that I love kale – in salads, in soups, as chips – really any way it’s prepared. I love curly kale, purple kale, Lacinato/Tuscan/dinosaur kale. You name it, I love it. Enjoy this lil’ video filmed by my good friend Blake Wiers (blakewiers.com). I hope it gets you as excited about kale as I am.

Loved the video. If only it were so easy to get whole kale leaves in England. Obviously I will have to include it in the garden this year!

Thanks for posting this video Colleen! I must overload my cookie sheet with kale because mine usually takes 15-20 minutes to cook, but it’s still an amazing treat that my family loves!
