    Great video! If you add whole flax seeds to the Vita-Mix WITH the smoothie contents, would they get ground up? Thanks!

      I add whole flax seeds to my Bendtec when making smoothies and they grind up nicely. I’m sure the Vita-Mix would do just as well!
